Nesquik Plus is sponsoring the Kunsill Malti ghall-Isport for this year’s “Summer on the Move” campaign.

The “Summer on the Move” Program is an eight week customized program of physical education and sport activities designed to encourage children and young people to participate in fun-filled and recreational physical activities during their summer holidays.

The “Summer on the Move” program is an excellent opportunity since it offers all participating children and young people with the chance to utilise their holidays and free time in the company of their peers, doing healthy outdoor activities,” a spokesman said.

“We are very proud to be partners with the Kunsill Malti ghall-Isport for this year’s “Summer on the Move” campaign since this initiative is very much in line with the attributes and health values that are constantly being promoted by Nestlé not only in Malta but worldwide,” he continued.

“Nestlé’s commitment goes beyond the promotion of healthy eating habits but extends itself towards nurturing a more holistic approach that centres round the concept of healthy living.

We are confident that our support to this year’s “Summer on the Move” campaign will not only bring success to the actual initiative but will also help all the participants appreciate the importance of leading an active, healthy life not only throughout the summer months, but all year round,” concluded the spokesman.

Through its support, Nestlé Malta will, on the first day of the summer program, be giving each participating member a Nesquik Plus Adventure Bag and free Quicky Stickers. Throughout the program, participants will enjoy free Healthy Snack Sessions comprising Nesquik Plus fresh milk drink with added vitamins, minerals and calcium intake and Nesquik or Cheerios cereal portions and cereal bars. Quicky, the Nesquik Plus mascot will also be attending and keeping the participants company throughout some of the events which will be held as part of the “Summer on the Move” programme.
