On the occasion of the re-foundation day of its band and of the feast of the Assumption, the Socjeta’ Filarmonika Santa Marija of Mosta will organise a musical programme in Rotunda Square tomorrow. A new piece called L-Ghanja Mostija with lyrics by Anselm Sciberras and music by Raymond Sciberras will be premiered during the night.

The music will be performed by Mosta’s Santa Marija Band with the participation of singers Aldo Busuttil, Charmaine Cini, Dominic Cini, Clifford Galea, Isabelle and Ina Robinich.

The programme will feature also other musical works, such as Renato singing Ave Maria.

The pyrotechnic section of the society will be putting up a fireworks display during the programme.

The programme starts at 9 pm and the entrance is free of charge.
