‘Epoka’ Festival at the Valletta Waterfront

Epoka, the celebration of Maltese traditional music, arts and crafts will return to the Valletta Waterfront from 23 to 27 August.

This event is being held for the second year running and will take place at the Pinto Marina quay, opposite the outlets that line the Valletta Waterfront. Epoka will feature exhibitions on traditional musical instruments and quarry tools, as well as medieval games, traditional food and entertainment.

The event will also offer visitors the chance to take part in a medieval banquet complete with knights. A full programme of entertainment has been planned, including traditional Maltese music and the return of the ZOO goes Epoka comedy show.

The shopping outlets will be accessible during the festival, so late night shopping will be possible, while visitors may also enjoy an evening night out at one of the bars or restaurants.
