Over 35,000 Customers benefit from BOV’s 24x7 loyalty scheme

Over 35,000 Bank of Valletta customers have benefited from the BOV 24x7 Pays U loyalty scheme. In recent days, these customers have had their accounts credited with the cash back reward that the bank promised to pay under this loyalty scheme.

The scheme, that was designed to offer added value to BOV’s 24x7 subscribers, spanned the period between 1 March and 30 June. BOV internet and phone banking customers received cash rewards for making transactions through the bank’s automated banking channels.

Multi-Channel Banking head Ray Azzopardi said that the BOV 24x7 Pays U loyalty scheme showed how BOV is putting into practice a core principle of its brand promise – the principle of mutuality. “Not only have we encouraged customers to use straightforward and efficient channels to conduct their transactions, but we have also rewarded them for doing so,” he said.

“The large number of transactions made over the past four months is testimony to the increasing popularity of BOV’s internet and phone banking channels. Having over 35,000 customers benefiting from this scheme is an indication that these payment channels are being effective in meeting the needs of our customers,” Mr Azzopardi concluded.
