A woman was yesterday charged with trafficking and possessing cocaine on and before 18 November 2005.
Carmela Spiteri, 38, from Valletta, was also accused of relapsing and with breaching the conditions of a previous court judgement handed down just four days before.
Before magistrate Lawrence Quintano, the woman pleaded not guilty to the charges brought against her.
Police Inspector Pierre Grech prosecuted while Dr Roberto Montalto appeared for the accused.
