The Union Haddiema Maghqudin has requested the intervention of the government permanent secretary in charge of administration of the law courts, claiming that a lack of staff exists.
In the light of its claims, the union has requested an urgent meeting with the permanent secretary in a bid to find a solution to the problem.
The union said that it had approached the management of the law courts on various occasions with a view to seeking a solution, with no result. The lack of staff is also causing service to slide and is creating stress and tension among the law courts staff, said the union.
The UHM has already informed the management of the law courts that it will order industrial action if the situation is not rectified.
