A British national was conditionally discharged for three months yesterday, after being found guilty of being in possession of ecstasy and cocaine.
Anthony Akira Baker, aged 28, born in New Zealand but resident in London, was convicted of being in possession of the drugs on Saturday night and during the previous days.
Conditionally discharging Baker, Magistrate Jacqueline Padovani made the point that he should seek help to break his drug habit.
Police Inspector Nadia Lanzon prosecuted and legal aid Dr Renzo Porsella Flores appeared for the accused.
