A Maltese 28-year-old man was seriously injured during a fight with two Scottish men in Qawra in the early hours of yesterday morning.
The police said in a statement that the incident took place at around 12.45am when the man, from Birkirkara, was involved in a brawl with two Scottish men.
The Maltese man sustained injuries and was taken to St Luke’s Hospital. His condition was not critical.
The two Scottish men are assisting the police with their investigations.
