Ray Bondin, executive coordinator of rehabilitation projects in the Resources and Infrastructure Ministry, said yesterday that his contract with the ministry’s Works Division had been renewed from 1 July 2006 to 30 September 2006, then from 1 October 2006 to 31 March 2007.

The extensions referred to him only as executive coordinator, not as adviser to the minister, as had been the case.

He was referring to a ministry statement that said it had reorganised its policy regarding the implementation of projects. Dr Bondin said no one had informed him of any change of policy or responsibility.
