The Employment and Training Corporation has enlarged and enhanced its Job Centre at the Gozo Ministry complex in St Francis Square, Victoria.

The newly-refurbished Job Centre was inaugurated by Gozo Minister Giovanna Debono, who expressed satisfaction at the way these services in Gozo have been enhanced.

The services, she said, were essential in meeting the requirements of the labour market in Gozo.

The Job Centre offers regularly-updated information on the current vacancies in the local market and on the various training programmes offered by the ETC and other educational institutions. It is the main office where employers can register their job vacancies.

They can also make use of the premises to hold recruitment job fairs and open days through the support of the ETC, which promotes these fairs on the media and with job seekers.
