The HSBC Junior Achievement Young Enterprise Malta offers post secondary students the opportunity to set up and run their own business, while competing on both a national and an international level. Description: Extra-Life is a revolutionary household product that safely preserves fruit and vegetables in the refrigerator crisper bin. Extra Life uses natural ingredients to neutralise excess ethylene gas that builds up in the crisper bin as produce ripens. Description: Luglight is a small light which can be clipped onto the inside of one’s purse, handbag or backpack so that if someone is looking for some belongings in their bag and there is no light, all they need to do is switch on the light, which will be put in a place which can be found easily, and they will be able to see all of their personal belongings and can find that one item in seconds instead of rummaging through their bag for minutes.

Product: Melita and Gaudos Board Game

Description: Melita and Gaudos is an innovative board game aimed to further education in Maltese culture and heritage through play. The game consists of a board, counters and game cards. The board displays a colourful map of the Maltese islands together with graphics of sites and landmarks. There are three types of game cards: question, souvenir and location cards. The question cards contain questions with multiple choice answers. The souvenir cards symbolise souvenirs which may be purchased during the game with points gained playing. The location cards contain a name of different Maltese localities on one side, and an instruction on the other. The aim of the game is to arrive first at Valletta with a specified number of points and souvenirs to win the game.
