The fifth day of the national league organised by the MTTA was held at the University Complex at Tal-Qroqq.

In Division I, the much awaited clash between the two contenders of the league finished in a close match in which the Table Tennis Academy beat MITTC by 5-4. TTA are now leading the table, Melita ‘A’ who now has to play the league leaders are second.

In Division 2, San Gwann Flutisat are still unbeaten after playing five matches with Melita ‘B’ Cadets having lost only one match.

In Division 3 the young Dream Team are also unbeaten after six matches and seem to have the edge on the other clubs in this division.
