Massimo Dutti has reunited top international models Edita Vilkeviciute and David Gandy who together, have brought to fore their respective mesmerising beauty for Massimo Dutti’s latest fashion shoot for the brand’s autumn / winter 2010 collection.
The Barcelona-based clothing brand commissioned renowned Paola Kudacki who underscored the casual elegance for which the Massimo Dutti brand is most renowned.
“Edita and David, captured through Paola Kudacki’s lens have formed the perfect team to celebrate our 25 years and to present our brand new project: The Collection,” said a spokesperson for Massimo Dutti.
Since the day Edita Vilkeviciute was discovered, success has been on her side. The biggest fashion brands worldwide want her for their campaigns and fashion shows. Recently she has made her first steps as an actress in a movie directed by Karl Lagerfeld interpreting Coco Chanel, a challenge, perfectly managed by chic and elegant Edita.
David Gandy on the other hand, hardly needs any introduction. He is already a big name in the fashion world due to his elegant and yet bohemian looks, modern and yet classic innate style, and an incredible savoir faire. David has been representing Massimo Dutti worldwide since the shooting of the autumn / winter collection of 2006 and is now collaborating and offering his presence to celebrate this new chapter in Massimo Dutti’s life.
Meanwhile Madrid was chosen as the city for the official presentation of the new autumn-winter 2010 collection as well as the new digital magazine. Set in an open space with high ceilings, the collection of women, men, boys and girls and baby was showcased. Inspired by autumnal change of falling leaves and the warmth of the open fire when it’s cold and windy outside. The key pieces for this collection include leather garments, wool and footwear.
This year’s autumn / winter collection is already available at Massimo Dutti in The Point, Sliema.
