The Eurovision 2011 website states clearly there are five big countries this year: France, Germany, Italy, Spain and the UK.
The event itself – divided into two semi-finals, the first of which will be held on 10 May and the second on 12 May, in Dusseldorf – will feature a total of 38 countries. The Eurovision Song Contest 2011 Finals will be held on 14 May. Hosts for the shows are Anke Engelke, Judith Rakers and Stefan Raab.
