A man has been found dead at l-Ahrax tal-Mellieha this afternoon, close to where the body of 47-year-old Pawlu Grech was found on October 18.

The body was spotted by a foreigner who was in the area taking pictures.

The man is believed to be a middle-aged American who is retired in Malta.

One theory is that the man slipped and fell down the crevice to his death, but the police are not ruling out anything at this stage.

The body was found face down in a bush off the cliff.
