Gawdenz Bilocca decides to go into a new business venture. He opens a restaurant next door to the main building of European Union Office in Malta, with the hope that when the Commissioners visit Malta, they will eat at his restaurant. This will give him a chance to seek their friendship with the aim of obtaining help to open a chain of restaurants in all the major capital cities of Europe.

Unfortunately this plan did not work out, and so he started to mastermind an elaborate plan starting by issuing a regulation that no parking is allowed in the street where his restaurant is situated hoping that people working in the offices of the European Union will park in his big car park underneath his restaurant. Being the mayor, he had no trouble at all implementing this new law, and he also hired a new Warden to see that everybody abides with this new regulation

But from the start trouble started, when the parish priest twin brother arrived in Malta. He came as part of an investigation regarding the chairman leading the personal at the Offices. All the characters mixed up the twins, and this lead to great confusion.

Gawdenz Hu li Hu, written and directed by Frederick Camilleri with a production of Moving On, will be staged on 8 March at 6.30pm and on 9 March at 2.30pm. The actors taking part are Fabian Scerri De Carlo, Gwido Fenech, Frederick Camilleri, Stefania Vella, Romina Darmanin, Awgusto Cardinali, Renzo Bonello, Daniela Camilleri, Daniel Borg Carbott and Ian Fenech.
