No one was injured after a fire broke out at Solana Hotel, in Triq Borg Olivier, Mellieha.
At around 3pm in the afternoon, members of the civil protection were informed that there was a fire in one of the rooms in the second level of the hotel. Residents were evaluated out of the building.
The situation was under control within a few minutes, and residents were allowed back in the hotel.
An inquiry is being held.
