Three Birkirkara men plead not guilty to injuring a man in family feud fight

Three men have pleaded not guilty to injuring a man in a fight between families, the courts heard today.

Magistrate Stafrace Zammit ordered them to stay away from any activities of the St Helen feast in Birkirkara.

The men, two brothers Michael and Daniel Pace, and Adrian Tonna were charged with seriously injuring the alleged victim.

The court heard of the feud between the two families. The men were granted bail against a €10,000 guarantee .

Inspector Luke Bonello prosecuted while lawyers Franco Debono and Amadeus Cachia appeared for the men.
