The Environmental Health Directorate said this morning that after taking repeated samples of sea water, carried out on daily basis during the last days, the area in the vicinity of Churchill Bar and the outer Point of jetty in Xlendi are once again fit for bathing and thus the health warning is hereby being lifted.

In the following hours staff from this Directorate will be removing all signs affixed on these sites.

The public is being encouraged to abide by these instructions.
