Migrant handed suspended sentence after being caught red-handed stealing from beach

A 19-year-old migrant was handed a suspended sentence after he pleaded guilty to stealing someone else’s belonging from a beach.

Mohammed Hassan Abdillahi was caught red-handed stealing a mobile phone and pair of sunglasses, worth €900 in total.

After pleading guilty, he was handed an 11-month prison sentence suspended for one year. He has passed on the belongings to whom they belong.
