A video taken by a foreigner shows a bus scraping by a parked car in a narrow road that leads to Balluta Bay. The bus dragged the car a few metres down the road.
Witnesses on scene said that following the incident the bus driver got off the bus and placed a piece of paper on the car’s windscreen. The content of the note is unknown.
Readers told this newsroom that this is not the first time that buses went down this narrow road.
