A Sudanese driver was seriously injured this afternoon when the car he was in was hit by into another in Aviation Street, Luqa.
The accident happened at 4.50pm when the Sudanese, who resides in Zurrieq, was inside a stationary Maruti which was hit by a Land Rover driven by a 41-year-old of Qormi.
The Sudanese was taken to hospital where he was found to be suffering from grievous injuries but is not in critical condition. The Land Rover driver was unhurt.
