Members of the Veterinary Regulations Department this morning turned up at a Gozo farm which has been the subject of legal proceedings, finding no irregularities, farmer Ganni Attard said.
The public officers went to the farm in order to conduct checks on the tagged sheep and were also sent to take any milk which was produced on the farm.
But Ganni Attard said no milk was found since the flock does not produce any milk for consumer consumption.
He noted that a request for an appeal has been lodge by Attard to appeal from the decree of the constitutional court of 28 April 2016 but no decree has been issued as yet.
