The Brigitte Gauci Borda School of Dance is renowned for the quality of its teaching in a friendly and fun environment, with a reputation for its commitment to the highest standards. Established for almost 30 years, its team of highly skilled teachers teach a variety of dance techniques allowing students to enjoy and explore dance creatively with particular emphasis on performance skills.

Visiting guest teachers, and travelling to courses and international competitions abroad, are a very important part of the school's ethos.

A total of 29 overseas scholarships have been awarded to students to various academies all over the world. Recently the Hip-Hop junior and senior students - as well as some ballet students - won several awards, prizes and scholarships after attending the Non Solo Danza International Dance Competition in Italy, in March, and at the Danceworks International Ballet Academy in London, in July.

The outstanding faculty helps to guide students towards the path to a career not only from regular training, but by building professional contacts through guest teachers and artists, giving students the highest technical training in Jazz Dance, Hip Hop, Spanish and Contemporary. Also bringing in the best of several methods of Classical ballet from schools such as the traditional French School, Vaganova, Balanchine and Cecchetti. Students are prepared for the Cecchetti Ballet examinations every year and they are examined by international examiners from the Imperial Society of Teachers of Dancing, London.

Performing is at the heart of the school and there are several opportunities to participate in theatrical productions and international competitions. The school ensures that every child will be given the opportunity to fully utilize their talents giving them the tools to be successful not only in the arts but in every area of their lives.
