Christmas is the time for generosity, peace and love. With this thought in mind, the staff of AX Holdings and their families, organised a toy collection, in which all types of toys were donated to several organisations and children.

"It's a heart-warming experience to be able to help those in need, particularly knowing that your contribution is making a child happy for a little while," said Julia Grech, assistant Group Marketing manager.

The staff at AX Holdings donated nothing less than 10 large boxes of toys, including a bicycle to The Rainbow Ward and Fairyland Ward, both at Mater Dei Hospital, K.I.D.S (Kids in Development), Good Shepherd Home for Refugees and the Jesus of Nazareth Institute.

"It feels great to give something back to our community and help kids in need. Our company considers this time of the year as an occasion to give what other kids don't have for Christmas and put a smile on their face, so the employees did their best to donate as much as possible," said Romina Pace, HR manager, AX Hotels Sliema.

The management at AX Holdings constantly support these types of initiatives and encoruages their employees to participate in these types of events to help persons in need, particualry during the festive season.
