The Mrieħel Secondary School, St Theresa College held the 28th edition of the Charity Fun Run and €8,800 were raised through a series of activities. The students collected the sum and continued to express solidarity with different organisations.

Ahead of this Charity Fun Run, a number of activities were organised including sports events, health and lifestyle promotions and a Winter Wonderland theme prom.

This year's donations were distributed to the following organisations:

• Dar tal-Providenza (45%)
• Cystic Fibrosis Trust (15%)
• Inspire Foundation (15%)
• Noah's Ark Animal Sanctuary (10%)
• School Benevolent Fund (15%)

In the past 28 years the Fun Run collected more than a quarter of a million euros.
