Chris Cachia Zammit is a young naturalist/photographer, who has spent the last one-and-a-half years in Scotland working as a volunteer, first with the Loch of the Lowes Visitor Centre and Wildlife Reserve and then on the Shetland Islands taking part in the scientific study #ProjectPuffinUK carried out by the Royal Society for the Protection of Birds (RSPB).
Chris will be talking about his experiences with nature there and will not only be showing us the natural beauty this country has to offer, but will also be revealing some of the problems this same nature has to face, an aspect which many are unaware of.
The talk will be held on Friday, 19 January at Il-Majjistral Park Visitor Centre at 6pm. Participation is free but donations for the park are always welcomed.
Booking is only accepted via email: [email protected]
