Talking about embryos is not talking about a box of chocolate but about the lives of children, Chairperson of Life Network Miriam Sciberras said.

Interviewed by The Malta Independent editor-in-chief Rachel Attard on INDEPTH, Sciberras said that the new amendments for the IVF law do not give any rights to the unborn child. In the programme she speaks about why she is against embryo freezing and embryo adoption and surrogacy.

She added that these are going to bring a number of ethical and legal problems in our society.
