So much has been said and written about Valletta 18 in the past months, but not everybody seems to be up to date with what it’s all about.

MCAST students Owen Azzopardi and Jonny Geitz went to Valletta to ask passers-by about the capital city’s role as the European capital of culture for this year.

They also asked who the Finance Minister is, who is Malta’s representative at the Eurovision Song Contest and where it is being held, and where the World Cup will be staged as from next month.
