Maltese Funny Business' will next week host two highly-rated, stand-up Comedy Nights (in English) on Friday 25 and Saturday 26 May at Talbot & Bons (SkyParks by Malta International Airport) in Luqa starring seasoned UK professional stand-up, Joe Bor, supported by Malta-based rising comedy stars, Jimmy Carter, and Tanya Malta.

Marsascala based Maltese Funny Business founder and comic, Paul Pennington, who once again will MC the production company and comedy schools' eighth and ninth live shows, mounted across the last seven months said, "We are absolutely delighted Joe was able to rearrange his schedule to perform with us. He's a highly rated comic, regularly performing at top comedy clubs around the UK including the Comedy Store, Jongleurs, The 99 Club and The Glee Club. He follows in the footsteps of award winning UK comedians Aatif Nawaz, Jay Sodagar and Dave Chawner who've all performed with us over the past months.  I know people here are going to love him."

Pennington added, "For our new Malta-based comics, like Jimmy Carter and Tanya Malta, who are working so hard to perfect their craft, it is fantastic be able to perform, watch and learn from professional comics at the top of their game. All the acts that have come over from the UK have been hugely supportive, generously mentoring these highly talented performers who have a very bright future ahead of them."
