An anonymous group has again resorted to affixing posters against Nationalist Party leader Adrian Delia in various locations overnight.

The posters say that “Delia is afraid of the members”, a reference to Delia’s refusal to call for a vote of confidence after the election results which saw the PN suffer its worst ever defeat.

Delia was elected in 2017 by party members in a new system that was introduced by his predecessor Simon Busuttil, who changed the leadership election method to include all party members, not just the restricted group of party councillors.
