The president of the Chamber of Architects, Simone Vella Lenicker, was interviewed on Indepth this week on the new construction regulations. The Malta Independent News Editor Neil Camilleri asked her whether there are enough periti in Malta to satisfy the requirements of the new regulations, whether the price of property will go up and whether the authorities have enough resources to enforce these regulations.
