KSU launches Expo to celebrate Maltese women

KSU is proud to launch an event to commemorate and celebrate Women's Day.

The Celebration of Women Expo will take place between the 8th and 10th of March at The Grand Hotel Excelsior. During the Expo, a number of female-created projects will be exhibited to the public together with visual testimonials.  There will also be panel discussions taking place throughout. 

Every day, speakers and panel members will discuss different topics such as women in leadership roles, women in the media, gender stereotypes, norms and gender mainstreaming.

Dr. Marcelline Naudi (Lecturer/Activist)
Karly Naudi (Transgender Activist/HR & Marketing Manager) 

The Expo will deal with the challenges that women face, proposing gender-sensitive solutions and expertise to address matters that relate to women's lived experience.

The ultimate aim of the Expo is to celebrate Maltese women who have defied gender stereotypes and norms and who have cemented themselves as experts and pioneers in their respective fields. Entry to the Expo is free of charge.
