One in three adults in Malta have received the first Covid-19 jab, Deputy Prime Minister Chris Fearne revealed in a Facebook post today.

Malta has been fighting against the spread of Covid-19, with a number of restrictive measures having been introduced over the past couple of weeks. The number of cases have been decreasing recently, as the measures have taken effect.

In the meantime, Malta is vaccinating certain cohorts of the population.
