The young singers at the Aurora Youth Choir are very eager and delighted to present a very special production for Mothers and their babies with Your Mother and Mine. Presented on the Aurora's main stage on mothering Sunday 8 May, Your Mother and Mine promises to be a special theatre-treat for mummies and babies, toddlers and kids (daddies included!) with a line-up of fun, interactive and heartwarming tunes; from Disney evergreens to chants, from lullabies to nursery rhymes. The massive Aurora stage will be transformed into an intimate nursery to be shared by singers, adults and the youngest of guests.

While young singers have been busily preparing very interesting vocal arrangements for well-known melodies, this mini-concert is set to be a very fun and interactive event in which children and grown-ups are being invited to sing and join in the fun. The most celebrated of children's songs we are used to listening to on television stations will be brought to life in a very creative manner. So we promise it will be one very special Mother's Day to be remembered by young and old alike.

The mini-concert programme will be varied, flowing and not exceeding 35 minutes, which is the maximum time span one expects of young audiences (and some grown-ups too!)

Spaces and places in our intimate stage-nursery will be limited, not only due to health-related ethics, but also to maintain the desired focus and attention for our young audiences. Cooing and crying won't bother anyone. Running and crawling will be respected. Clapping and singing will be a delight!

There will be two runs of the 35-minute programme; one starting at 4:30pm and one at 5:30pm. Guests are invited to book their place, clearly indicating the number of persons (adults & children) and which show they would like to attend.
