On Thursday 15 September, Archbishop Charles Scicluna will celebrate a de requiem mass for Queen Elizabeth II, marking a week from her death, at 6.30pm at St John's Co-Cathedral in Valletta.

The congregation will be led by President of Malta George Vella.

The Archbishop on Sunday visited Villa Guardamangia, where Queen Elizabeth II had lived for two years while in Malta between 1949 to 1951.
