Cauchi is a young artist who graduated in 2013 in Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in Graphic Design and Interactive Media. Luca studied the classical techniques of oil painting and drawing primarily by himself. He always referred to some of the great masters of the past, particularly to Titian, Rembrandt, Sargent and Zorn. The primary focus of the work is the exploration of the human form and its conditions. Painting is also viewed as a way of documenting one's life, interests and surroundings. The study of the human form is one of the core ingredients in his work.

In 2015 he worked as an artist member of École d'art au village Association in partnership with the HSBC Catch The Drop campaign on a three-year project.

His works are in various local and international private collections.

This exhibition is being held at the Banca Giuratale in Victoria Gozo and runs until 28 December
