The Malta Cross Music are looking for Maltese musicians to participate in a competition that will take place from 16 to 20 July at the Panorama Hotel in Prague, Czech Republic.

Ages of the participants starts from 18 to 35 years old with not less than six years' experience in the music field.

Lately The Malta Arts Council announced a funding scheme to support the local musicians in Malta. For further information regarding the funds and how to participate in the competition, send an email to: [email protected]  with a  biography, clip  or You Tube link, preferably of film music, pop music , semi-classical music, a video performing on a musical instrument  by not more then 90 seconds.  This information must reach The Malta Cross Music  by not later than 14 February.

After the musicians have been chosen to take part in the competition, Malta Cross Music will facilitate their connection with The Malta Arts Council. An online meeting is scheduled for 16 February for the selected participants, during which they will receive information about the funding opportunity and guidance on the application process.
