As sometimes happens, regular programmes of long-standing such as La Scatola Magica,  may have to  undergo changes, sometimes at the last minute. In this case, due to a health problem of the intended guest, we had to find a different topic and a different speaker for the coming session. But we were very lucky and had the kind availability of Marchesino Daniel de Petri Testaferrata, President of the Association of the Sovereign Military Order of Malta who will be speaking about the Order and its work.

The Magistral Palace, in via dei Condotti, in Rome, has been the residence of the Grand Master and seat of the government of the Sovereign Military Order of Malta since 1834. A very special place indeed: did you know that from the keyhole of the Grand Priory of Rome you can see the dome of St. Peter's Basilica?

Do come to this event but don't leave straight after the presentation on the Sovereign Military Order of Malta, as that will be an occasion to meet fellow guests and socialize, with some treats and a glass of wine in hand.
