The Malta Philharmonic Orchestra's ninth concert in the Chamber series will take place today at 11am at the Robert Samut Hall in Floriana.

Presented by four of Malta's foremost pianists, the riveting programme features a variety of duos and trios, from Romantic favourites by Brahms and Fauré, to Ligeti's innovative textures and Dionysis Boukouvalas' creative exploration of Steve Reich's minimalist style. The audience is in for a treat with the exhilarating trio arrangement of Paganini's La Campanella and Maarten Smit's delightful Petite Suite. Mike Cornick's 3 pieces for 6 hands blend elements of jazz with his distinctive style, creating a unique musical experience.
