Sicilia Outlet Village, part of the Percassi Group and Orion European Real Estate Fund V, has solidified its position as Italy's premier shopping destination with a monumental expansion. Following a strategic growth plan since its establishment in 2010, Sicilia Outlet Village has now become the largest outlet in Central-Southern Italy and one of the country's largest overall.

The latest expansion phase, inaugurated on 1st and 2nd June, has increased the total commercial area to 36,000 square meters, accommodating 170 renowned national and international brand outlets, including esteemed names like Alberta Ferretti, Armani, Gucci, and Michael Kors. This development adds 6,000 square meters of retail space and introduces 30 new stores to the vibrant retail landscape.

The ribbon-cutting ceremony was graced by key figures including Luca Nasi from Arcus Real Estate, Corrado Trabacchi from Orion Capital Managers, and Nicola Sanfilippo, Managing Director of Sicilia Outlet Village. The event welcomed local authorities and guests to explore the new boulevard adorned with 30 elegant boutiques showcasing a variety of fashion, accessories, home goods, and more. Notable additions include the debut of Adidas' innovative format in Europe, a Swarovski boutique, a new Coin Casa store, and the first Italian outlet for Tommy Hilfiger Kids.

Celebrating this significant milestone, Sicilia Outlet Village hosted a spectacular event filled with over 50 itinerant performances spread across its expansive grounds. The festivities culminated in a dazzling pyrotechnic display titled "Elementi" by Vaccalluzzo, creating a magical atmosphere throughout the Village.

Over 40,000 visitors thronged the shopping streets over the opening weekend, drawn by extraordinary discounts and the allure of new store openings. This surge in footfall underscores Sicilia Outlet Village's pivotal role as a catalyst for economic growth in Sicily, supporting over 1,500 jobs both directly and indirectly.

Looking ahead, Sicilia Outlet Village anticipates continued success with its upcoming Summer Sale starting on 6th July, further enhancing its appeal as an unparalleled shopping destination for both locals and international visitors.
