Mellieħa's Choral and Orchestral Society Maria Bambina will be holding its annual concert on Sunday, 1 September at 8.30pm in the Mellieħa Parish Square. This concert has become a trademark of the Victory day celebrations, having had its first edition in 1992.

The concert will feature a variety of musical styles, from classical to contemporary, ensuring there's something for everyone to enjoy. The main protagonists, besides the choir and the orchestra, includes singers Florence Aquilina, Thea Gauci, soprano Patricia Borg and Fabian Galea, together with Artemocion Dance and Leisure Studio and the Pro Touch Dance School. Presented by Angie Laus, under the musical direction of Mro Michael Bonanno, the admission for this concert is free of charge.
