The Malta Cine Circle has launched the call for entries for the 65th National Short Film competition, open to Maltese nationals and foreign residents in possession of a Maltese ID. This is the longest running competition of its kind in Malta and one of the longest established worldwide.

Many of today's leading film-makers know their beginnings in this competition. Any number of productions may be submitted on any subject. Participation is free of charge.

This is a great opportunity for film-makers, including students, to be creative and to showcase their work.
