Momentum officially launched its manifesto for the 2026 General Election, titled "For a Just and Beautiful Malta." This document serves as a comprehensive framework for transparent governance, sustainable growth, and a fair economy, offering a proactive plan to move the country beyond reactive politics.

The manifesto contains 259 specific measures, with 47 key proposals highlighted in today's presentation. These measures were developed with direct input from eight Vision Circles, eleven contributing organisations, and a variety of individual experts. The party's vision is built upon four primary pillars: Transparent and Accountable Governance; Sustainable Environment and Planning; A Just and Innovative Economy and A Resilient and Equal Society

"We are not just offering promises; we are offering a systemic redesign of how our country functions," said General Secretary Mark Camilleri Gambin. "From closing every loophole on corruption to ensuring our environment is protected for future generations, this manifesto is the roadmap for the real change that the people of Malta and Gozo have been demanding."

Momentum's proposals also include significant democratic innovations, such as requiring a two-thirds parliamentary majority for key appointments and introducing e-voting for all Maltese citizens. The party also outlines a clear property reform plan that targets speculation while strictly exempting primary residences and family summer homes.

The full manifesto is searchable, multi-lingual, and available to the public online. The digital version can be accessed at: https://partitmomentum.org/manifest
