Simon Zammit, 37, from Hamrun, pleaded guilty to assaulting 54-year-old warden, Rose Mary Cutajar, at 11.30am on Saturday. He also admitted to slightly injuring her, breaching the peace and pushing the
warden.
Magistrate Michael Mallia fined Mr Zammit Lm400.
Dr Malcolm Mifsud and Dr Cedric Mifsud appeared for the defendant.
