Heavy vehicles continue to be driven on the outer lanes, stalling traffic at all times of the day, including at peak hours.
This happens mostly on the main roads where there seems to be an absence of wardens.
It would be perhaps more appropriate for wardens to be assigned such duties too, apart from their tasks to book drivers who do not wear seat-belts, park illegally or use the mobile phone while driving.
I am sure that they will realise how many drivers of heavy vehicles do not obey the traffic code.
