Once again, the main sponsor of the fund-raising campaign organised by RTK Radio in aid of Id-Dar tal-Providenza is APS Bank.
The fund-raising campaign will officially open on 29 December and will close with an Open Day event at Id-Dar tal-Providenza in Siggiewi on 1 January. As in previous years, the funds collected during the campaign will be used to enable this institution to meet the ever-increasing expense of running most of its daily routine operations. Undoubtedly, were it not for the work carried out by volunteers, such expenses would be even higher.
The home was the venue for the launch of the campaign, during which APS Bank’s financial contribution as a main sponsor was officially presented.
Mr Alfred Triganza, the bank’s senior marketing manager, thanked the organisers for giving APS Bank the opportunity to be part of this noble cause.
He encouraged not only the bank’s customers, but all those who truly understood what the Institution is all about to dig deep in their pockets in order to enable its administrators to mitigate the enormous financial burden that they have to bear every year.
“The very fact that around 600 volunteers are actively involved to ensure the ultimate success of this campaign is proof enough that the ‘Dar’ has a special place in the heart of the Maltese people”, Mr Triganza concluded.
Both director of the home Mgr Lawrence Gatt and Media Centre executive chairman Victor Formosa, thanked the bank for being the main sponsor.
Apart from other telecommunication channels, the public can also place their donations in APS Bank account No. 1054311002-2 (‘Kampanja RTK’).
