A 47-year-old man from Zejtun was charged yesterday, with assaulting and slightly injuring a public service officer at Floriana health centre on 6 March.
Before Magistrate Edwina Grima, Giuseppe Spiteri pleaded guilty to assaulting Wayne Martin Decelis and to damaging apparatus used at the health centre.
Senior Police Inspector Pierre Micallef Grimaud prosecuted and Dr Owen Bonnici appeared for the accused.
