The south of Malta will be getting the euro a couple of days after the rest of Malta – at least according to the Euro Countdown clock at Marsa.

There is a two-day gap between this clock and the one at the Kappara roundabout.

Or else, it could be the north will be getting the euro two days earlier. It could be, some said yesterday, that the clock at Marsa has stopped altogether.

Whatever, it is pretty evident that something was wrong with the clock in Marsa over the past days but no one seems to have noticed or done something about it.
