A Serbian man was yesterday conditionally discharged for impersonating a police consultant.
Stevan Pavlic pleaded guilty to the charge, which stated that the offence had been committed on 19 February 2004.
The court, presided over by magistrate Consuelo Scerri Herrera conditionally discharged Pavlic for 18 months.
Police inspector Michael Mallia prosecuted.
